Learning Outcomes of the Course : learns how a successfull mine operation and development will be obtained from planning to end of project as taking into account the various mining parameters.

Aim(s) of Course : Possible situations and expected reactions that a mining engineer will face as an administrator in an application of a mining project.

Course Contents : Determination of the applicability of a successful mining project, project cycle management, the creation of a logical framework, the classification of mining activities, the types of activities (the amount of investment, priority, etc.) be put in order by, for each activity to determine the optimum time, the establishment of relationships between activities, unexpected developments on mining project the flexibility to be included in the project until the end of the beginning and unexpected circumstances walkthroughs, assessments made during implementation, project management, software-powered mining
