Determines the appropriate classroom rules for the students´ level of development. Explains the basic principles and the importance of effective learning-teaching process management. Recognizes the inside and outside classroom factors that affect timing in teaching. Evaluates the problems faced by classroom management with a critical perspective. Uses the knowledge and abilities that are associated with the area of expertise/disciplines effectively for creating a positive classroom atmosphere. Applies the internalized knowledge and problem solving abilities to the case studies. Attempts to multifaceted evaluation the effectiveness of management strategies to develop himself/herself.
