Learning Outcomes of the Course : Recognize the works of composers of the classical period.
Recognize the works of the Romantic era composers.

Know different forms and comprehend the features.
Know the masterpieces composed for various bands.
Perform theoratical studies to learn national and international music literature.
Raise awareness to be both a national and international musican.

Aim(s) of Course : To provide information about the stages of the development of polyphonic music in the 17th, 18th and 19th and 20th centuries; to teach the effects of these centuries on composing by applying musical repertoire analysis methods.

Course Contents : Music repertoire selection of works ´Partition Analysis on´ or ´listening Analysis´ methods, Analyses carried out on the ground partition, comparison of the structural characteristics of the works.
