Introduction to industrial microbiology, Industrial microbiology and their application areas, Isolation and characterization of suitable microorganisms from environment, Microbial metabolism and growth kinetics, Up stream and down stream fermentation, Fermenters, Production of antibiotics, Single cell protein production, Organic acids production, Organic solvents production, Production of fermented and distilled beverages, growth factors, amina acids and vitamin. Transformation of steroids. |
