Learning Outcomes of the Course : understand the basic concepts and terminology of Islamic law to define specifications.
Information about the basic concepts and theories of law 2.İslam can not have the procedure.
Understand and explain the sources of Islamic law and the hierarchy between them.
And be able to categorize them in terms of sherry
Law schools be able to explain the method of differentiation caused by the reflection of the views of religious practices.
