Reaches and examines resources related to the thesis
Determines which subject has not been studied and need to be studied in the field.
Determines a subject to be studied as a thesis.
Investigates related resources in the identified field.
As a result of examining the related literature, determines variables to be investigated in thesis topic.
Identifies a research problem
Writes the introduction section of the thesis by using books, articles and other related references to the research problem.
Determines research methods to be used to investigate the research problem.
Conducts a pilot study before the main study.
Asks for help from the thesis advisor in the process of preparing the thesis.

Aim(s) of Course : The main purpose of this course is to help students in examining the literature related to their thesis topic to be studied, and in identifying variables of thesis and research methods to be used, and to provide scientific guidance and support during the process of preparing their thesis.

Course Contents : Subject of the thesis, related literature, related variables, appropriate research methods, sample selection, analysis of data and the writing process of the thesis
