Learning Outcomes of the Course : Learns the basic concepts and different paradigms of international communication.
Evaluates the historical role of communication in the process of globalization in the world.
Evaluates the system of international communication in association with modernization theories .
Learns nternational communication policies, free flow of information, the information society, the information revolution, the cultural industry and the fundamental dynamics of the communications industry.

Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to address the processes of globalization within the framework of international communication.

Course Contents : Historical role of communication in the world with the process of globalization, international communication scheme in relation to the modernization theories of international communication policies, free flow of information, the information society, the information revolution, the cultural industry, communication industry will create the basic dynamics of the course content.
