Aim(s) of Course : To emphasize the elements of psychology of communication, and to enable students to conceptualize the basic terms and notions related to the topic.

Course Contents : The contents of this course includes issues such as Communication Infrastructure; Functions, Levels and Types of Communication; Conflict and Barriers in Communication; Empathic communication; transactional analysis "I" language posts; Conflicts Solving Effective Communication.
