Learning Outcomes of the Course : Ability of making visual analyze of Turkish Decorative arts as illumination, miniature, Calligraphy, decorative Wall paintings, cramic tiles
describe the script types of calligraphic art
Evaluate to works of Turkish handicraft arts (minniature, marbling, Illumination, wall-paintings, lace etc) by type, technique and basic therminology
know the motifs used in traditional handicrafts

Aim(s) of Course : classifies the types of Turkish traditional handicrafts and knows their definitions. Defines the basic concepts of traditional handicrafts and theory and method.
