Learning Outcomes of the Course : Learns the conditions of the laboratory where the textile materials are tested
Acquires the ability to recognize and use devices that are used in physical and chemical examinations of textiles.
Acquires the ability to evaluate and interpret the test results
Acquires the ability to detect of fiber, yarn and fabrics’ selected properties by using quality control tests

Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to help students do the practical implementation of quality control tests about textile fibers, yarns and fabrics, and in this regard teach them how to do sample preparation, recognize test equipment / apparatus, operate and evaluate the results of the tests.

Course Contents : This course requires doing experiments in groups at department laboratory according to the test rules and presenting the results in reports.
