Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to improve EFL teachers´ management skills in their classrooms as well as in outside class activities or projects. For this very aim, participants of this course will be involved in the academic reading and statistics in order to interpret the related literature much more effectively. Technology use will be much concern to keeping up to date as an EFL professional.

14 Course Review; Participant Reflection Participants and the instructor do have a quick summary of the titles covered during semester. Slide show is presented to refresh the minds of the participants. Question and answer and reflection techniques are mostly uitilized in this review session. Diary presentations are also added.
