Knows forms of health care management, consulting stages, and acts as an expert, leader and consultant for health management Knows health legislation regarding health services, interprets legislation rules like laws, regulations, directives, and acts in the context of ethical codes Knows the concept of inspection and applies its suitable techniques in case of need correctly Knows health economics, causes of cost rise in health services and knows the importance of it from the public health perspective Knows health transition model and its application in Turkey; manages Family Health Centers, and primary, secondary or tertiary level helath institutions, and a health laboratory Determines expectations and needs of the population regarding health services Keeps correct and reliable record about health services in its area; collects related data and shares the results after interpreting them
