He/she has required cognitive and practical skills to gain competence in professional practice in professional master´s degree. Gains skills to be able to develop new knowledge and methods related to the field of research and gains necessary specialized problem-solving skills to combine knowledge from different fields. The acquisition of knowledge, understanding and problem-solving skills in environments other than the new and unusually, in the field of a broader, interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary contexts apply in. Manages an independent study requires expertise in the relevant field. Acts independently and take responsibility for working and learning environments, defines and manages a project. Academic environment or application in the field of professional knowledge and practice contributes to the teams working environments, and / or take responsibility for the purpose of reviewing the strategic performance. Shares the data and conclusions of a research and the knowledge and rational behind them with professionals and unprofessionals openly and systematically Uses the computer software required by field and information and communication technologies at advanced level and interactively Makes national and international broadcasts by conducting an academic study in a systematic and critical way. Examination of tenders and contracts that have been made in the light of this information, and discussion of the results is to remove. |

Course Contents |
: |
Costs are formed according to highlights and the scope of the works in the construction. Because of this, contracts and their attachments become important to protect themselves against each other. To initiate and finish constructions without any problems, constructions must be done in accordance with range and procedures of bidding.
To carry out and complete the construction wholesomely, this highly important and interconnected works are explained with examples.
