Learning Outcomes of the Course : Will be able to distinguish the main research area of the philosophy of art.
Is able to recognize the disciplines such as aethetics and the ontology of art within the framework of the philosophy of art.
Discusses the relations of sensation, emotion, perception, and work of art.
Explains the features of the abstract structure of a work of art in plastic arts, music and literature.
Discusses the relations of art, reflection, imitation, and imitation.
Explain the importance of the relationship between art and philosophical isms.

Aim(s) of Course : In this course, art will be scrutinized philosophically, philosophers´ point of view to the art will be studied to understand thestatus of art in philosophy, and the beautiful in the art will be examined.

Course Contents : What art is, how a work of art develops and how the artist produces his work of art is studied in this course evaluating art in terms of the philosophy
