Learning Outcomes of the Course : Understands and applies the basic principles of the art of stage and professional ethics.
Knows how to perform sensible basic principles of psycho-physical actions without changing proposed conditions of the story and applies those principles successfully.
Knows and applies the rules of professional actions on the stage.
Recognizes stage technology equipments (rotary stage, lighting, sound, and curtain systems) and acts in accordance with the professional rules appropriate to this technology.
Understands and applies the basic principles of creating a character.
Throughout the play, performs his/her character by applying three concepts of "character, impact-assessment-response and tempo-rhythm," in a harmonic way through his/her role.

Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the course is to teach students to explore how their own physical material (biomechanism of body, consciousness and subconscious mechanism, muscles and nervous system) works by ensuring professional principles. They also get basic information on the art of acting, professional ethics and creativity sensorily, mentally and cognitively.

Course Contents : During this semester of the stage class, the student learns an actor’s psycho-physical conditions according to proposed circumstances in the text, and to perform the correct acts as per these situations (actor and role relationship).
