The program covers the period of 4 years of training, and it is an education programme that trains undergraduates as qualified stage actors/actress by presenting an advanced technical and professional education as required by the art of acting. |

General Admission Requirements
(1) the general conditions of Music and Performing Arts majors will be required to be taken are as follows:
a) health status (physical and psychological) relevant department / branch of art need to be in accordance with the criteria.
b) Any public or private school disciplinary charges being dismissed.
c) the State Conservatory of Music and Performing Arts High School on Main Art / Art branches to graduate or have graduated from high school or equivalent education.
d) other than the State Conservatory of Music and Performing Arts High Schools to apply for those who graduated from high school at least one of the types of points YGS score of 140 points or more.
e) The Department of Music (Piano Department, Dept. Strings, Percussion Dept. Blown-in) to apply for entrance exams, to be sufficient in their own branch of the State Conservatory Music Music and Performing Arts High School IV. class to have all the information in the curriculum, and up to 21 years of age. (State Konservatuvarlarının Music and Performing Arts who graduated from high schools and learning conditions shall not be more than two years age of 21 candidates that do not break.)
f) Performing Arts (Theater-Opera Singing and Acting Department Dept.) to apply for the entrance exams, and most have the required skills for the branch to be 25 years old.
g) for Foreign candidates, Çukurova University and Bachelors Degree Programs Admission Guidelines for International Students to the conditions mentioned.
h) within the period announced by the Rector´s registered on the front of the unit was delivered on actions to be completed fully and accurately.
i) The Rector announced by the date, place and time of entrance exams to enter and succeed in these exams.
i) Music Department (Dept. Piano, Strings Department, Wind-Percussion Dept.) Admission Exam candidates will be for those who have not completed High School at the State Conservatory of Music and Performing Arts; refers Main Art / Art branches of the dam and the State Conservatory Music exams Final Acceptance IV and Performing Arts High School. all professional and vocational courses in the curriculum to help class exams to be managed.
Department of Theatre-Acting (Acting Branch) special conditions for the entrance exams are as follows:
a) Candidates both comedy, including both tragedy and one of at least four free piece of poetry to prepare.
b) they have prepared the Preliminary Examination candidates shall provide the Commission released two of the fragments.
c) Dam exam candidates in the General Culture, General Recognition, Voice-Ear, Rhythm-Dance, Movement exams are prepared to be successful and the Commission must provide two pieces does not offer commission-free parts. The Commission finds the necessary parts required candidates could, improvisation and collective work can and also look at candidates´ ear-nose-throat, orthopedics (general body) subjecting the issues may be examined and psychological tests.

In Turkish Higher Education Institutions, the acknowledgment of the Bachelor´s diploma for a university is organized with the regulations related to double majors and subspeciality and the transition between Associate Degree programs and undergraduate program. To be successful in this program, students are required to successfully complete all the courses to meet a minimum of 240 ECTS credit requirement and have a minimum of GPA of 2.00/4.00. |

Profile of the Programme |

This programe aims to convey the techniques and methods of Theatre-Acting to the students considering the requirements of the age, and train undergraduates as artists who can speak Turkish accurately and effectively with the diction rules required by the profession, know about their own body, feelings and thoguhts, and can use their body on stage as if it is an instrument, adopted an aesthetic point of view, can synthesize the knowledge they have acquired considering the requirements of the age, have a critical point of view and art ethics and professional discipline, aware of the responsibility to themselves, their own country and humanity, consider the social and moral values of the society, competent in terms of the profession, and inquisitive, innovative, creative and participative. |

Occupational Profile of Graduates |

Graduated students can work as actors at State Theatres, City Theatres or special theatres. Although the purpose of this program is to provide education to train undergraduates as theatre players, those who graduate from this program also have a great opportunity to be successful in cinema and television. |

Access to Further Studies |

The graduates of this program are eligible to apply for admission to graduate studies in same field or related areas if they pass the evaluation process designated according to the regulations of “Çukurova University Graduate Education and Examination Committee”, which includes ALES, general point of average, and the interview. |

To be able to finish undergraduate degree, students must complete all courses, applications and workshops that are included in the program, gain two hundred and forty (240) ECTS credit requirements in total in undergraduate level and obtain a minimum GPA of 2.00/4.00. |
