Learning Outcomes of the Course : Learns the location of the sociology of education between social institutions.
Evaluates the impact on the socialization of education
Identifies social functions of education.
Identifies the impact of education on social change.
specifies the relationship between the macro sense of community and education.
Defines education within the framework of the sociology of education in micro sense.

Aim(s) of Course : This course is designed to introduce students some basic concepts of education and educational sociology . In addition, by analyzing the relationship between education and other social institutions,to detect the social functions of education .

Course Contents : This course will be analyzed from the perspective of sociology in sociological and environmental impacts in the social organization of the school. Students will see a wide range of case studies and issues related to schools in our environment on improving the social environment and elaborated arrangement. Students stratification, authority, moral and technical socialization differences of curriculum, classroom instruction, voluntary organizations (extra curricular clubs), social crowds (identity formation), and various educational processes as equivalent to associate its effects.
