Aim(s) of Course : To learn how to create tangible physical models directly from three-dimensional CAD drawings with different materials and applications of rapid prototyping technology

Course Contents : Introduction to Rapid Prototyping (RP). Rapid Prototyping techniques; Stereolithography (SLA), Fused-Deposition Modeling (FDM), Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), 3D Printing (3DP), and other methods. RP equipments. Applications of RP technologies.
