Aim(s) of Course : Introduction to spatial data collection, analysis using quantitative techniques for natural and cultural environmental planning and management. Basic data analsis techniques for landscape planning, deriving infromation from data.

Course Contents : Evaluating information within decision support systems for Landscape planning together with multi-criteria analysis to define the most apropriate land use types in the form of maps. Landscape evaluation using landscape metrics.
