Distinguishes the historical sub-periods of Turkish Economy. Analyzes the qualitative and quantitative transformation of Turkish Economy in the history. Evaluates the integration process of Turkish Economy to world economy by applying the neo-liberal policies of Washington Consensus. Assesses the growing importance of IMF´s decision-making process on Turkish economy.
