3-Can ask /answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he or she knows and things he/she has.
4-Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly.
5-Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of immediate relevance (e.g basic personal and family information).
6-Can exchange information on familiar and routine matters.
7-Can understand the main points of a text related to everyday life.
-Can produce simple connected text on topics of personal interest.
9-Can describe his/her background in simple terms.
10-Can give ideas, reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
11-Can deal with situations in an area where the language is spoken.

Aim(s) of Course : Making students understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases to meet their needs in everyday contexts. Introducing him/herself and others and asking and answering questions such as where he/she lives people, he/she knows. Interacting in a simple way if the other person speaks slowly and clearly.

Course Contents : Basic grammar subjects, simple expressions used in everyday conversation.
