Learning Outcomes of the Course : Understand the dynamics of the development of international trade
Understand the relationship between foreign trade-growth on economic theory and mechanism of the process of foreign trade policies
Analyze international payment instruments, foreign exchange rates and foreign exchange management policy
Learn basic institutional structure of foreign trade under the GATT and the WTO
Learn institutions and organizations that help foreign trade transactions and their mechanisms
Interpret and understand the latest developments in the scope of foreign trade and foreign exchange in general

Aim(s) of Course : The purpose of this course is to provide students with information which is about the development of foreign trade in the scope of trade liberalization, national and international practices, methods of financing and institutions and organizations that help foreign trade transactions.

Course Contents : Foreign trade regimes, exchange rate regimes, the use of foreign exchange transactions in foreign trade, application on Turkish economy
