Learning Outcomes of the Course : Gain understanding about the fundementals of business communication
Learn how to plan, compose and edit business messages
Perform tasks concerning direct requests, routine, good news, bad news and persuasive messages
Understand how to prepare for short and long reports
Write résumés and cover letters as well as prepare for job interviews
Performs oral presentations and speeches

Aim(s) of Course : To provide students with required writing, reading, speaking and listening skills in order to enhance their problem-solving and teamwork capabilities within organizational settings.

Course Contents : Business communication concepts, importance of business communication, different kinds of communication, message communicating, report writing, building resumes, presentation skills

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : Course will be implemented in class decided by deanship.
