Learning Outcomes of the Course : Explains the definition, properties and importance of education.
Discusses the importance of instructional objectives and know the elements to be considered in writing and classification of the instructional objectives
Acquires knowledge in cognitive/sensational/psychomotor domain as much as required in a specific area.
Explains the importance of basic principles of content regulation for teaching process
Knows the basic principles to be considered in teaching process
Explains the learning and teaching models and strategies
Explains specific teaching methods and techniques used in education
Describes the modern approaches used in teaching
Explains the importance and reasons of using instructional equipment in education.

Aim(s) of Course : In this course effective teacher characteristics, instructional process and its properties, methods and techniques of teaching, learning strategies, student motivation and teacher expectations will be discussed.

Course Contents : Basic concepts in instruction, curriculum development and its processes; development of lesson plan, unit plan, annual and daily plan; selection of content and organization. Teaching methods and strategies; properties of materials and their selection; measurement and evaluation.
