Aim(s) of Course : Providing students with some information about physical fitness, how to improve and protect it, and basic training methods.

Course Contents : The concept of physical fitness, how to improve physical fitness, how to maintain physical fitness, relationship between the concept of health and physical fitness, blood pressure and pulse rate measurement, physical fitness tests, sample physical fitness exercises.
