Explains the components of healthy life and its components, health education, personal hygiene, and adequate and balanced nutrition Calculates and evaluates body mass index Knows the eating behavioral disorders Knows the effects of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco on health Defines the health responsibility Defines healthy dressing, healthy work environment, balanced living and sleeping, and disease prevention Realizes the importance of stress and time management in daily life Knows the priority objectives and basic first aid practices Explains the basic life support Evaluates the status of patient/injured and the scene Knows first aid practices for consciousness disorders, bleeding, shock, stabbing and cutting injuries, fractures and dislocations, burns, frostbite, heatstroke, convulsions, chest pain, intoxication Knows and performs the general rules about transportation of sick/ injured

General rules about healthy life and its components, health education, personal hygiene, adequate and balanced diet, body weight evaluation, eating disorders, alcohol, drugs, tobacco and their effects on health, health responsibility, healthy dressing, well balanced life and sleep, stress and time management, healthy work environment, disease prevention, priority objectives and basic applications of first aid, basic life support, and evaluation of patient/injured and the scene, consciousness disorders, bleeding, shock, stabbing and cutting injuries, fractures and dislocations, burns, frostbite, heatstroke, convulsions, chest pain, poisoning. |
