Learning Outcomes of the Course : 1- Knows the definition, history and development phases of graphic design field.
2- Explains the overall design.
3 - Explains advertising and promotion methods and techniques to develop solutions to problems.
4 - Explains the concepts of the product, service, or corporate identity.
5- Recognizes Turkish graphic designers and their graphic works.

Aim(s) of Course : To teach the basic principles of promotion and advertising activities; to develop innovative ideas; to gain the ability to trasnform the creative idea into a proposal for a viable solution.

Course Contents : In this practice-based course, students gain a perception of graphic design. With the practice-based projects, students gain the method of the transformation of the object as the construction of the meaning in graphic design products.
