Aim(s) of Course : Aim of this course is to teach history of local governments with its structure in Turkey and to discuss its problems.

Course Contents : Concept of local goverments and its qualifications, central govermnet and local government, why local goverment is needed, regulations of goverments relations, income distrubition between local governments and central governments, types of local governments in Turkey

Language of Instruction : Turkish
