Aim(s) of Course : Providing information about international fublic finance, global public commodidites, international financial institutions, their structures, functioning principles, their impcats on economies and new developmets

Course Contents : Types of external finance, manegment of external finance, World Bank and IMF, international tax law and general elements of international double taxation, works against double taxation and model of aggreements, Turkiey´s attitude to international tax treaties and treaties signed by Turkey, international tax evasion, international cooperation against tax evasion, Europian financial institutions and local financial institutions
