Learning Outcomes of the Course : Has knowledge about terminology of public finance.
Has knowledge and to appraise fiscal and economic issues
Learns role of public and private economics, its structure and its process and has theoritical knowledge of public economics.
Explains public expenditures and public incomes.
Explains effects of public exenditure and public incomes
Explains taxation and its effects on economy.

Aim(s) of Course : Aim of this course is to teach role of governments, market economy-public economy , public expenditures, public income, taxation to students and to explain economic effects of taxes.

Course Contents : Definitation of Public Finace, Approaches of Public Finace, Role of Governments, Features of Public Economics and Market Economics, Efficiency, Pareto Optimality, Government Interventions, Public Goods, Partial Equilibuim, General Equlibuim, Externalities, Measurements of Public Sector and its Analyze, Decision Making, Public Expenditures, Classifications, Effects, Public Incomes, Features, Classifications, Taxation

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : Classroom determined by faculty.
