Aim(s) of Course |

The aim of this course is to introduce textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education, examine the social studies curriculum critically, examine the appropriateness of the coursebooks and the workbooks used in social studies lessons to the characteristics of the students´ learning. |

The contents of this course include the examination of textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education with a critical perspective in terms of the appropriateness of training program, content, language and speech, the level of student eligibility, format, design, visual layout, significant contribution to learning, ease of use in education, physical structure and so on. |
