Explains the concept of citizenship. Explains the history of Turkish constitution. Explains basic human rights, international documents and establishments related to human rights. Explains the Turkısh constitution (1982) and its functions. Discusses the concept of constitution and its function in the formation of state-citizen relationship. Evaluates the concept of citizenship in Turkey. Evaluates the politic culture in Turkey. Analyzes the democratic citizen.
