Aim(s) of Course : During this course, the concept of law will be defined in the perspective of its functions. In this definition, the importance of law for providing the order and justice, satisfying social needs will be underlined. With these highlights, the differences between law and morals and customs will be explained.

Course Contents : The Concept of Law , sources of law , the organization structure of the judiciary in Turkey , the concept of rights , protection of rights , the concept and types of people , basic information about legal processes
