Aim(s) of Course : This is a one-semester course in economics. The emphasis of the course will be developing set of tools and the application of these tools to gdp calculations, unemployment, inflation, role of central bank.

Course Contents : Introduction to economic growth and instability, the market system and the circular flow, aggregate demand and supply, fiscal policy and deficits, money and banking, interest rates and monetary policy.

Language of Instruction : Turkish
