Learning Outcomes of the Course : One thing / or work needs to be ended in the best and quality ways and under the most convenient conditions. So students learn the benefits of tender performed within the framework of tender law for both parties.

Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to give information about tender types and applications that lets both parties (Administration-contractor) perform their construction, manufacturing, project competition, buying and selling of goods, rentals, etc. works in the most convenient way.

Course Contents : Today, most of the companies or individual persons do or get parts or whole of their construction work done via tender. Therefore it is necessary to define what a tender is, both parties,how to bid, how to plan and prepare tender documentation. Furthermore, samples of various tender application will be explained.
