This course teaches the requirements of the cost of a building, duration, and quality for the successful completion of the construction work to be done before and during the construction in its general terms and in relation to the legal framework. |

In this course, laws and regulations, license purchase, inspection of construction, quantity and resource analysis, unit price analysis, work schedule, health and safety in construction sector and work law are taught through theoretically and with examples. |
