Learning Outcomes of the Course : Defines building, building component, structure, staff and all other basic concepts about the structure.
Defines types of the foundations and draws plans and sections of shallow foundation according to technical drawing rules.
Defines the walls and their types and distinguish the range of the carrier and divider walls. Refers to the material used by the walls of the drawing.
Lists chimneys and distinguishs technical characteristics of the chimneys.
Defines the floors and distinguishs technical characteristics of the floors
Refers the plan and cross section of concrete slabs in different scales.
Defines related to steel joists and distinguishes all types of flooring.

Aim(s) of Course : This course provides basic information on design and application of a project by considering all the necessary concepts related to building, land information, application of the project to the space and taking the structural elements such as groundwork, wall and covering into consideration.

Course Contents : In this course gives theoretical and practical information about construction place ( construction ground, construction hole and application of building) foundations and their types, walls and types, floors and thier types, chimneys and their types

Language of Instruction : Turkish
