Aim(s) of Course |
: |
Students are primarily expected to practice and develop his/her skills based on the courses they have taken at the Department of Interior Design. During an office internship, it is important that students experience the applications in the field and acquire new information and skills. Another purpose of the office internship is that it provides the students with guidance for their future careers.

Course Contents |
: |
Interior Design students who have completed their 6th semester are required to do an internship for a minimum of 20 working days at the offices inspected by the Chamber of Architects/Interior designers. Company managers, architects or interior designers who are in charge of the workplace must have at least 5 years of experience. Students should make use of his/her internship period. At the end of the training, students are expected to have acquired the ability to put theoretical knowledge into practice. Interns must take part in the preliminary design, drafting and implementation stages (students of the Department of Interior Architecture should contribute to interior space designs and implementation of projects and project details). |
