Learning Outcomes of the Course : Know the relationship between coach and athlete observation during training.
Know the contents of training observation.
Know annual training plan and to learn about the coach observation.
Know observation of daily activities, sports club coach and athletes
Understand organizational structure of the club knows about the information collection and assessments.

Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the lesson is to furnish the students with the experience and skills the profession of coaching in sports training

Course Contents : Definition and delegation of sports clubs Evaluation and gathering info about the organizational structure of the club Observation and gathering info about the social environment and social life functions of the club Observation of the daily activities of trainer and athletes at the sports club Observation and acknowledge of the annual training planes of the trainers Observation of the training contents To observe the relations between athletes and trainer during the training To observe the usage of equipment and written knowledge during the training To observe the contracts of athletes and trainers Assessment of the license details Planning the camping programs Planning and assessment of the away games
