Teacher candidates recognizes the necessary precautions and rules to be observed and knows how to take precautions in the case of potential in laboratory

Teacher candidates use different method and techniques in laboratory studies.
Teacher candidates knows tools used in the laboratory and use effectively these tools according to their functions

Aim(s) of Course : The purpose of the lesson is to ensure that • teacher candidates perform succesfully laboratory practices related to science and technology education, • teacher candidates use science process skills effectively when performing these procedures, • teacher candidates use neccesary approach- methods and techinics effectively when performing these procedures, • teacher candidates understand how to prepare environments making a connection between the events of daily life and science topics.

Course Contents : The importance and purpose of the laboratory practice in scienc and technology education Rules to be observed in laboratory, laboratory safety Tools and equipment used in laboratory applications The role and importance of scientific process skills in the laboratory practice Methods and techniques used in laboratory applications Experiment types carried out in the laboratory It is found to be which experiments are associated with which acquisitions and which grade level primary school third grade level laboratory experiments (planning of experiments, execution, reporting and evaluating the results).
