Defines the concept of leadership in nursing Explains the differences between leadership and management. Defines the elements creating power and professional power in nursing. Develops analytical and strategic thinking skills. Learns conflict management and improves communication skills. Learns the factors that lead loss of time, improves planned work by realizing the barriers. creates a fishbone diagram to find the causes of problems in the clinical environment. Defines the concept of quality and applications that improve quality.
