Aim(s) of Course : The purpose of this course is teaching students the Law of Obligations within the regulations in the General Provisions section, provide information in the light of doctrine and jurisprudence. Demonstrate the application of practical work in legal disputes with the regulations.

Course Contents : General information about the Law of Obligations. Analyze the reasons of obligation. Present elements and examples of torts. Provide basic information on unjust enrichment.
