Learning Outcomes of the Course : Learns how to get the field-related resources published in Turkish or in any foreign languages.
Gets related resources and examines them.
Determines which subjects in the field have not been studied and needs to be studied in Turkey.
Determines a subject to be studied as a thesis.
Investigates related resources in the area identified.
Determines variables to be investigated in the thesis as a result of examining the related literature, .
Identifies a problem to research.
Writes the introduction section of the thesis by using related books, articles etc.
Determines research methods to be used to investigate the problem.
Does a pilot study before the main study.
Asks the academic advisor for help in the process of preparing the thesis.

Aim(s) of Course : The main purpose of this course is to help students in examining the literature related to the thesis subject to be studied, and in identifying variables of the thesis subject and research methods to be used, and to provide scientific guidance and support during the process of preparing their thesis.

Course Contents : Subject of the thesis, related literature, related variables, appropriate research methods, sample selection, analysis of data and the writing process of the thesis.
