Learning Outcomes of the Course : Identifies a thesis topic to be studied in German Language Teaching.
Examines books, articles and other materials regarding selected thesis subject.
Investigates the thesis subject by using scientific research methods.
Uses appropriate data collection tools for the thesis subject.
Collects data from the sample appropriate for the thesis subject.
Analyses the data collected.
Describes the results derived from analysis.
Interprets the results in the light of previous research results and their own ideas.
Writes the thesis as a scientific research report.

Aim(s) of Course : The aim of this course is to help students to investigate a topic selected in German Language Teaching, collect and analyse data, describe and interpret the results in the light of previous research results and their own ideas, and write the thesis as a scientific research report.

Course Contents : Identification of a thesis topic in German Languge Teaching, literature review of related books, articles and materials, scientific research methods, data collection tools, analysis of the results, description and interpretation of the results, and writing the thesis as a scientific research report.
