Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to examine remedies against the provisions of the first instance courts,Supreme Court of Appeal, legal remedy procedure, the impacts of the cancellation of first instance courts

Course Contents : The course will deal with legal remedy of appeal and the new system to be implemented after the adoption of legal remedy appeal
