This course aims at providing an introduction to the substantive law of the European Union. It concentrates on free movement in European Union through case based approach. |

Course Contents |

EU Law II examines free movement of goods, services, people, capital and the right of establishment. Besides, the relation between citizenship of the EU and the free movement is another subject that is examined in that course through case based approach |
