Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to teach knowledge about cooperative materials and their properties in confection and lead students follow innovation of these materials with respect to technological advancements.

Course Contents : The cooperative materials and accessories used in conventional confection products, their properties, their production techniques. Materials used in packaging and transport. Materials used in functional garment and their properties. Innovative materials and accessories.
