Aim(s) of Course |
: |
This course aims to engage students in a discussion about the concept of leadership, understanding the concept of effective leadership and one´s potential in leadership and that leadership can be learned and replacing false paradigms of leadership with true leadership factors. The course also aims to guide students in questioning one´s capacity in leadership and getting to know the leaders around them.

Course Contents |
: |
Leadership Training course is maintained mainly through mutual interaction and consists of listening, understanding, asking and questioning phases. Written and visual presentations, and a variety of books on leadership are used. Current and historical case studies about good and bad leadership are discussed. |
