Aim(s) of Course : Aims at informing the students about basic concepts, teories and activities which are related to human resources management, the practices of human resources management, making students have early information about the practices of HRM that they can meet during their professional lives.

Course Contents : The topics: Introduction to HRM and HR planning, Job Analysis, Employee Recruitment, Organizational Socialization and Career, Performance Evaluation, Salary System.
