Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the course is providing information about the concept of globalization, multinational corporations, globalization, and its impact on management practices in Turkey

Course Contents : The main topics of the course: the concept of globalization, the scope and activities of multinational corporations, forces of international competitive environment, business strategies, design and management of foreign direct investment, foundation of multinational corporations in Turkey and their management and performance issues.
